Each tablet contains:

Aloe Extract	149.32mg	The plant contains compounds called anthraquinones, and these have a laxative effect a type of stimulant that loosen stools and increase bowel movements. Increasing fluid secretion and contraction of the large intestine to prevent constipation.
Black Pepper	89.59mg	Taste of pepper appears to trigger the stomach to release more hydrochloric acid, a substance that’s necessary for breaking down foods, especially protein from meat and other sources. Pepper can also boost the production of digestive enzymes in the pancreas, which will help food break down more efficiently. It reduces nausea and bloating.It also has carminative and analgesic effect.
Henbane	14.93mg	Henbane contains chemicals, such as hyoscyamine and scopolamine, which might relax the muscles lining the digestive tract. Henbane also relieves muscle tremors and has a calming effect.
Sodium Borate	14.93mg	Used as preservative
