Properties

Roghan Loang is effective for the condition of toothache, nervine and muscular weakness, supports in polio and facial paralysis. It works by inhibiting or modulating enzymes involved in the inflammatory cascade and decreases production of inflammatory mediators Also, clove oil modulates the activity of cells involved in inflammation, such as macrophages and neutrophils.

Clove oil	0.09ml	It has antibacterial and antifungal effects. It also prevents cellular communication and toxin production by microbes Useful topically as an anesthetic. The constituent eugenol has been shown to have anesthetic it alters the activity of sodium, potassium, and calcium channels as well as other receptors Also, eugenol might inhibit prostaglandin biosynthesis and thereby depress pain sensory receptors Other clove constituents, such as beta-caryophyllene, also helps to reduce the pain response. it is also supposed to help with nerve regeneration.

Indications

Dosage:

• Apply the diluted 1 part Roghan Loang in 4 parts of Sesame oil or olive oil and rub gently on the affected area.
• For toothache, place cotton swab (soaked in Roghan Loang) in the cavity.
  OR as directed by the physician.
